Click the following link to logout of earthfiles.com (close the window once it finishes loading)
In your browser, click on the "Tools" menu.
Click on "
Internet Options..."
Click the "Delete cookies..." button and then click the "OK" button on the confirmation window that pops up..
Click the "OK" button to exit.
Restart your browser and return to the earthfiles.com website.

2)  I've successfully subscribed, but cannot log on to my account. What do I do now?
