1)  I’m a subscriber, but I can’t access any report.  What could be wrong?

  • Your subscription might be expired, or we may still be awaiting payment.
  • Check your membership status here:  SUBSCRIPTIONS

 

1)  How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, log into your PayPal account.

  1. Click this direct link to the pre-approved payments page:
    https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/
  2. Click on “Linda Howe”
  3. Click the “Cancel Subscription” button.

 

2)  I’ve successfully subscribed, but cannot log on to my account. What do I do now?

OPTION 1:  Clear your Earthfiles cookies:

Step 2: Next, click the following link to login to Earthfiles:

3)  I’ve successfully subscribed, but my account says “Expired.”
