May 5, 2006 Albuquerque, New Mexico - Extraterrestrial biological entities (EBEs) is a phrase the United States government and military have used in alleged TOP SECRET/MAJIC documents since at least 1947 onward. Military and intelligence teams such as Project MOONDUST, Project, POUNCE and Project STORK were (perhaps still are?) involved in disc and EBE crash retrievals since at least 1941 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
