September 15, 2011  Albuquerque, New Mexico - On April 9, 1983, I was at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque for a meeting with Air Force Office of Special Investigations Agent Richard C. Doty. The meeting had been arranged by New York attorney Peter Gersten. He had filed a January 23, 1980, FOIA Civil Action No. 80-1562 on behalf of his plaintiff, Citizens Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS), against the National Security Agency (NSA) defendant for whatever documents the agency had concerning unidentified flying objects. By October 1980 in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, Peter Gersten and the NSA's Office of Policy Chief, Eugene F. Yeates, met in an in camera session. NSA had to admit the agency did have at least 239 classified documents related to the CAUS FOIA suit. NSA claimed the release of those documents would compromise American national security and the CAUS lawsuit was dismissed.

September 12, 2011  Albuquerque, New Mexico - An alleged briefing paper for the 34th President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower, dated November 18, 1952, was first released to the public at the June 1987 Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) conference in Washington, D. C. It is stamped TOP SECRET/MAJIC and entitled “Briefing Document: Operation Majestic 12, Prepared for President-elect Dwight D. Eisenhower: (Eyes Only)   18 November 1952.”  The presenters of this leaked document at the MUFON conference were television producer Jaime Shandera and UFO researcher/author William Moore.

September 1, 2011  Albuquerque, New Mexico - Continuing in Part 3 with comments by South African intel agent known as “Acolyte” about the other-dimensional, other-timeline Entity that showed up online in unexpected computer text at the RAND & Associates secret atomic particle collider facility in South Africa ( location allegedly still classified) between 1994 and 1999. The subsequent Q & A dialogue with the Entity was known as the CHANI Project (Computer-Interfaced Communication with Other Realms). August 30, 2011  Albuquerque, New Mexico - During my July speaking tour in Australia, I was scheduled to meet with an alleged intelligence agent from South Africa who describes himself as working in 1994 to 1999 with “an organization/corporation, which I will call RAND and Associates (RA) that had access to an underground CERN-like, secret atomic particle collider facility in South Africa ( location allegedly still classified.). During those years, the researchers started receiving computer communications from an Entity who claimed to be from a parallel universe/dimension/timeline. It was known as the CHANI Project (Computer-Interfaced Communication with Other Realms).”

Updated 082711: Recent Deer and Half-Cat Mutilations

Updated August 27, 2011:  Oklahoma City, Oklahoma  - The U. S. Humane Society on August 18, 2011, announced a $2,500 reward for information about a cat mutilation in Oklahoma County. The cat's back legs were cut off in Choctaw, Oklahoma, on Monday, August 15, 2011, similar to other cat mutilations reported below. News9-TV: “Society officials say money will be given to anyone with information that leads to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or persons who cut off the animal's back legs. According to the sheriff's office, residents of a mobile home park called police after discovering the animal. The cat was taken to the Central Oklahoma Humane Society for treatment and remains there under the care of a veterinarian.”

June 16, 2011  Albuquerque, New Mexico - Recently Duncan Roads, Editor, of NEXUS Magazine in Australia, called me about an alleged U. S. intelligence operative who was assigned to read 20,000 transcript pages of highly classified transmissions decoded and received by “RAND and Associates, or RA” between 1994 and 1999.  Duncan said the operative agreed to share some of the information for the June – July 2011 NEXUS magazine and Duncan wanted to send me an advance copy for my feedback on what he had been given to publish as communication from a “parallel-universe/dimension/timeline.”

June 6, 2011  Albuquerque, New Mexico - Continuing in Part 5 with conclusion of Gary Thompson's third hypnosis session with Richard Sigismund on September 8, 1981, and Gary's fifth hypnosis session on November 10, 1981, in Boulder, Colorado. The fourth hypnosis session was devoted entirely to having Gary Thompson use color pastels and large sketching sheets to illustrate the craft and entities as he remembered them. See illustrations in Parts 1 and 2. There was a mechanical problem and that drawing session was not recorded, but Gary also sketched in Hypnosis # 5 below.

At the end of this report, the charcoal sketch and the color pastel of the same entity dressed in sparkly gold with a multi-layered collar has been described by government sources as an EBEN, extraterrestrial biological entity.
