June 9, 2015   Albuquerque, New Mexico - After the Writers' last floppy disc came to me on August 16, 1994, (See Part 10), Ray Boeche in Lincoln, Nebraska, continued to investigate the UFO/E.T. phenomenon in many of its complex facets including animal mutilations, human abductions and government policies of denial and lies about actual interactions of non-human intelligences with Earth.

Four years later by June 9, 1998, Ray sent me a draft he was working on about one disturbing aspect of the UFO phenomenon that resonated with the Writers' concerns of at least one confusing, deceptive non-human life form at work on this planet. Ray's title was "Web of Deception" provoked by the persistent mystery from the early 1950s onward of scary, intimidating Men in Black, who threatened eyewitnesses into silence about UFO sightings. This Part 11 of the Earthfiles Maze of Deception series includes updated excerpts from Ray's original research.

Part 1: More Half-Cat Mutilations in Naples, Florida, and Half-Cat History

The northernmost portion of the Everglades National Park also extends into the southern coastal part of Collier County where some 330,000 residents live in a watery environment along the Gulf of Mexico.

Part 2: More Half-Cats in Florida and History of Half-Cats

UPDATE: Reprinted June 4, 2015 after series of half-cat mutilations in Naples, Florida, and other parts of the United States (orig. May 10, 2014  Lakeland, Florida) -  Since the 1970s, there have been cycles of cat mutilations in the same geographic areas of Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. Florida has had many incidents of bloodless half-cats where a smooth, surgical cut was made through the entire cat's body near the front legs. Most often, the front half of the mutilated cats are found with no back half, but occasionally the back half is left and the front half is never found.

Argentina Cattle Mutilations in April to May 2015

“Next to one of the mutilated calves was a strange rectangular

Santa Fe Province has had lots of animal mutilations, too, and is linked by National Route 11 to the Sauce Viejo Airport with daily direct flights to Rosario and Buenos Aires.

May 19, 2015   Malabrigo and Realico, Argentina - A large cycle of animal mutilations in Argentina began in April 2002, when more than 100 mutilated cows and horses were reported to Argentina's federal INTA agency, similar to the U. S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety Inspection Service.

Part 10: Maze of Deception

May 15, 2015   Albuquerque, New Mexico - After I received the two Writers floppy disc printouts of June 21 and August 16, 1994, I sent copies to three trusted friends for their comments.

One was a psychologist who studied ancient sigils, symbols and the “alien writings” shared by so many people in the human abduction syndrome. He sent back a copy of an English translation by famous British archaeologist, Sir E. A. Wallis Budge, of The Bandlet of Righteousness, An Ethiopian Book of the Dead. [ See Websites end of this report.]

Budge showed the evolution from talismanic drawings of humanoid eyes in a face to a geometric pattern of the eyes to the spaces in the geometry forming a religious Maltese cross that becomes a repeating flower petal pattern that becomes a plain 4-fold geometry that is repeated in linking decorative patterns reminiscent of the very ancient Flower of Life symbol. The psychologist wanted me to consider the many layers of hidden meanings in religious symbols through the centuries that might relate to deceptions in the battles between forces of light and darkness.

May 13, 2015  Albuquerque, New Mexico - Continuing Ray Boeche's January 24, 1992, notes from first meeting with the Writers in Nebraska.

Ray Boeche: Enfoldment Technology - produces research on the use of various waves to influence physical health and behavior.

The human brain operates as a receptor for portions of the electromagnetic spectrum. EM energy, when modulated, can act as a stimulus at some point in the sensory systems. This provides a physiological basis for the degradation of behavior and for emotional and physical changes.

Part 7:  Maze of Deception

April 24, 2015  Albuquerque, New Mexico - To recap the timeline of communication with the Writers, their first floppy disc to me was dated June 21, 1994, contained three pages and is the subject of Part 1 in this Real X-Files series, now updated with an electronic scan of the original June 21, 1994, disc print out, which includes an important book and authors list given by the Writers as context for their NHE (non-human entities) discussion.

April 20, 2015  Albuquerque, New Mexico - After my November 3, 1994, correspondence to The Writers — that included the alleged hybrid photo and CIA/State Department document — Ray Boeche and I talked by phone about my possibly traveling to meet The Writers for a face-to-face discussion around Thanksgiving 1994. But the Writers decided it was too dangerous. Throughout 1995, there were no more discs from them.
