August 31, 2014  Albuquerque, New Mexico - On April 9, 1983, while researching the HBO documentary UFOs: The E. T. Factor, I was in a meeting at the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) office in Kirtland AFB, Albuquerque, New Mexico. There, I was shown an alleged briefing paper for an unnamed American President about extraterrestrial biological entities. The paper referenced two types: small grey-skinned and “Talls.” No physical description was given of the Talls. But I was told that their respective origins were two different planets in the binary star system Zeta Reticuli 1 and 2 that is about 39 light-years from Earth. [ From Earth in light-years, Zeta-1 is 39.16; Zeta-2 is 39.24 light-years.]

Dulce, New Mexico (Google pointer) is in Rio Arriba County about 10 miles from the Colorado border. The population was 2,623 in the 2000 census, almost entirely Native American, the largest community and tribal headquarters of the Jicarilla Apache Reservation.

There are three different Archuleta names within a 20 mile radius north of Dulce, New Mexico. Closest is Archuleta Mesa, NM, 4.5 miles north of Dulce. Next is Mt. Archuleta, NM, which is 5 miles northwest. Third is Archuleta Mesa, Colorado, 6.5 miles north and across the state border. The “Dulce Grey ET Facility” is allegedly underground Archuleta Mesa and Mt. Archuleta,NM.

August 29, 2014  Dulce, New Mexico - Back in the fall of 1979 when I was Director of Special Projects at the CBS station in Denver, Colorado, my crew and I traveled to Dulce, New Mexico, where rancher Manuel Gomez had several cattle mutilations on his ranch within a single year. All neatly bloodless, but not all trackless. Near one of the mutilated animals in the dusty pasture ground were a series of round indents as if golf balls in two parallel lines had been put next to each other in the dust. Around Dulce, the Jicarilla Apache natives who lived there pointed to the sky and said their ancestors, the “star people,” were the ones doing the animal mutilations. For them, it was a secret they would not talk about on camera. Back then was the first time I heard about the possibility of a large, multi-leveled Dulce underground where grey extraterrestrials did genetic experiments for reasons unknown.

July 2, 2014 Cusco, Peru - Back in 1980, after my first television documentary investigation of the worldwide animal mutilation mystery in A Strange Harvest (see Earthfiles Shop), I was given a book released that same year entitled The Cattle Mutilators © 1980 by John J. Dalton published by Manor Books that subsequently went out of business. Since the book had so many factual details about a phenomenon that I had come to know up close, while most of the world was unaware, I suspected the author was really working in an intelligence agency and the book was a camouflaged leak in fiction.

President Jimmy Carter (1977-1981) and has been distributed in the past decade to some investigators of the UFO phenomenon, including Earthfiles.com. These alleged, but not proven, government documents are shared as possible facts about the U. S. government cover-up since World War II concerning extraterrestrial biological entities, their advanced technologies and the government's estimate of the situation — at the time of the Executive Briefing — that the non-humans were not considered a national security threat. Between 1981 to 2014, has that estimate of the situation remained the same? Or would a 2014 Project AQUARIUS Executive Briefing describe more complex and changing relationships between humans and ETs?

May 31, 2014  Klamath Falls, Oregon - Col. Nadien told Helen and Marisa that he worked under “the highest level of security in the U. S. government called MAJI, or Majority Agency for Joint Intelligence.” He told them that MAJI “controls all projects dealing with alien entities, concocting and distributing deliberate misinformation as   a cover-up.” The Director of MAJI, or MAJESTIC-12 as it’s also been called, has been the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency since its creation on September 18, 1947, soon after the retrieval of at least three wedge-shaped extraterrestrial craft from the Roswell, New Mexico, region in the summer of 1947.

May 30, 2014  Cedarville, California and Klamath Falls, Oregon - It is highly probable that all life on Earth was seeded by an advanced intelligence from somewhere else in the cosmos. That idea was first proposed by 1903 Nobel Prize chemist Svante Arrhenius, who introduced the concept of “panspermia,” the seeding of life through spores of living cells on different planets.

Then 70 years later in 1973, Nobel Prize laureate Francis Crick evolved Arrhenius's concept to “directed panspermia.” After the discovery that DNA was a double helix molecule that contains the singular genetic code for all Earth life from bacteria and fish to plants and humans, Crick puzzled over why there was only one genetic code for all terrestrial life. That could not have happened by chance, he hypothesized. So Crick agreed with Arrhenius that life on Earth was likely seeded and directed by Advanced Intelligences.

S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). He implied that he actually received his check from an American intelligence agency when he said, “The AFOSI is convenient cover for U. S. intelligence all over the world.” The following allegedly occurred in March 1981 during a Camp David briefing by intelligence agents for then-U.S. President Ronald Reagan about five extraterrestrial types interacting with Earth, including one defined as “hostile.”

May 25, 2014  Albuquerque, New Mexico - Continuing with excerpts about the alleged Trantaloid “Hostile Alien Visitors (HAVs),” an extraterrestrial species that can camouflage themselves as some type of blond humanoid. The following is in the alleged briefing transcript of classified tape recordings made at Camp David, Maryland, during a presidential briefing regarding the subject of UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECTS and EXTRATERRESTRIAL VISITATION of EARTH.
