2:30 PM Eastern UPDATE - May 30, 2020  Kennedy Space Center, Florida -  NASA Astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley have launched at 3:22 PM Eastern, Saturday, May 30, 2020, in the SpaceX Falcon 9 Crew Dragon rocket from Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida. This is the first launch of U. S. astronauts from American soil in 9 years and this is the first launch ever of a rocket produced by a private company.
