Updated: New U. N. Global Climate Change Report: Earth Could Warm Up 3.2 to 7.8 Degrees Fahrenheit by 2100

“I think the worst case for sea level rise by the end of this century is up around 55 inches. And if you get an inch rise in sea level, you will displace the vegetation and animals a mile inland in those areas. Fifty five inches could displace 55 miles inland.”

This Antarctic 1,255-square-mile-long ice shelf of 720 billion tons of ice collapsed into the Weddell Sea over thirty-five days in early 2002. Scientists believe the 220-meter- thick shelf had been in place for 5,000 to 12,000 years. Its disintegration was the third, sudden collapse of an Antarctic ice shelf, following the collapses of the 425-square-mile Wilkins Ice Shelf in 1998 and the 618-square-mile Larsen A Ice Shelf in 1995.  Photo courtesy NASA.

“Very slow paced, like a blimp would go. Then that sphere kind of thing began to turn counterclockwise and instead of a circle in the sky, it was more disc-shaped.”

– Chicago Eyewitness “John Smith”

Between 6 and 6:30 a.m. Chicago time on Tuesday morning, November 7, 2006, John was in his routine daily commute to his company on the edge of O’Hare. He was traveling as usual on I-90 East toward Chicago. Suddenly, he saw something he had never seen over O’Hare Airport before.Click for report.

Leonard H. Stringfield:  "Needless to say, I accepted Rev. Miller's offer with enthusiasm and with the least of persuasion, he got the studio's attendants to run the reel in the projection room. While Rev. Miller commented freely, Dell and I watched the screen in amazement as the giant stationary disc appeared, glowing intensely in the sweeps of searchlight's beam.

Impact of China’s Anti-Sat Weapon’s Test Debris?

"It would not surprise me if it caused the destruction of at least one working satellite and maybe a couple. I would be surprised if it was bad enough to cause the destruction of many satellites."

Human Genome Project: Junk DNA Is Still A Mystery

“There are some genes we know a lot about, but there are many genes
we have no idea what they do. So, that’s the baffling part to me –
there is still so much work to be done just to figure out how it all works.”
