Cassiopeia A Is Not Dying Peacefully. Is It A Magnetar?

April 22, 2006   Pasadena, California -  The Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena reported this week that NASA's Spitzer Space Telescope has made accidental and surprising infrared images of light echoes from a star that was supposed to have died 325 years ago in a supernova explosion. But the new infrared information indicates Cassiopeia has released "at least one burst of energy as recently as fifty years ago" from its cosmic grave 11,000 light-years from Earth.

Hot Venus Now Studied by ESA’s Venus Express

April 11, 2006  Darmstadt, Germany  -  The European Space Agency (ESA) reported this morning that "at the end of a 153-day and 400-million km cruise into the inner Solar System beginning with its launch on 9 November 2005, ESA’s Venus Express space probe fired its main engine at 09:17 CEST for a 50-minute burn, which brought it into orbit around Venus. With this firing, the probe reduced its relative velocity toward the planet from 29,000 to about 25,000 km/h and was captured by its gravity field. This orbit insertion maneuver was a complete success.

One Way H5N1 Bird Flu Could Adapt to Humans

March 21, 2006  Lajolla, California -  The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) in Geneva, Switzerland, is concerned that with each new case of bird flu in humans, the possibility that the virus could mutate into a form transmissible from human-to-human increases. Once that happens, it's a worldwide influenza pandemic. It happened in 1918 and that pandemic killed fifty to one hundred million people around our planet, depending on various sources. Modern research on skeletons of some of those victims has revealed that the binding sites of the 1918 influenza virus had similar characteristics to those in the new lethal strain of H5N1 bird flu. It's also educated medical opinion that the 1918 pandemic flu strain first originated in birds and mutated inside human hosts to move person-to-person.

February 17, 2006 Algood, Tennessee - For the past year, I have been reporting about the revelations of former New Mexico State Representative, Andrew Kissner, from Las Cruces in Dona Ana County. Las Cruces is not far from White Sands Missile Range. Andy's work in local construction projects brought him in contact with White Sands employees who told him about flying discs that interfered with rocket launches from 1947 onward.

February 10, 2006 - Three weeks ago on Coast to Coast AM radio, I had information from military, political and scientific sources about an aerial disc technology - defined as "interplanetary" and "extraterrestrial" by the Truman administration. That disc technology ­ which the public and media have called "UFOs" - interfered with our V-2 rocket tests at New Mexico's White Sands Proving Ground, beginning around 1947. We even shot at those discs and there was retaliation.

Military Voices Reply About Government Interaction with UFOs.

"It was common knowledge during test missile firings that 'mysterious disks' would swoop in at thousands of miles per hour,  follow the (missile) trajectory, and zoom off again. Navy physicist, Bruce Maccabee, about his discussions with a USAF geophysicist referred to as "Hawk." See two-part 012106 Earthfiles. I also reported more about former New Mexico State Representative (Dona Ana County, Las Cruces) Andrew Kissner's investigations of V-2 rocket research at White Sands Proving Ground in 1947 when aerial discs interfered with launches. January 27, 2006  Thurmont, Maryland - Back in early 1986, physicist Bruce Maccabee listened to USAF geophysicist Hawk talk about the "real Project Blue Book" as described in the mid-1960s by his old friend, USAF Lt. Col. Bob Hippler. Hawk had originally met Col. Hippler in Albuquerque when Col. Hippler wanted to know more about the government's knowledge - and cover-up - of E. T.s and their advanced technologies interacting with Earth. When Hawk met up with Col. Hippler a couple of years later, he was living and working in two worlds ­ one real and secret; the other not real and public. Col. Hippler was trying to find a university willing to investigate UFOs for the U. S. Air Force. Dr. Maccabee concluded that Hippler was part of the government cover-up, "searching for patsies who would be willing to officially come up with the answer the Air Force wanted." And what the Air Force wanted was a white wash that would say there was nothing to UFOs, so the public and media would leave them alone.

Part 1: Navy Physicist and USAF Geophysicist Discuss UFOs and ETs

January 20, 2006  Thurmont, Maryland - Some of the startling facts that are emerging from research about the V-2 rocket history at White Sands Proving Ground in the late 1940s are New Mexico and Texas newspaper headlines about the "peculiar phenomena" that were interfering with those early rocket launches. The peculiar phenomena were causing the rockets to veer off course. Photographs showed the peculiar phenomena were circular discs that instantaneously appeared next to the V-2s right before the rockets went off course and crashed to the ground. General Nathan Twining even referred to the discs as an "enemy weapons system," according to government insiders who have leaked information in the past ten years.

January 6, 2006  Boulder, Colorado - In this New Year, time and events seem to hurdle forward faster and faster ­ while advanced computers become smaller and smaller. Some physicists even think by mid-21st Century, there could be quantum computers in which each bit would be an atom. A quantum computer would use one of the strangest properties of our universe to calculate mathematical problems quickly that might take billions of years for classical computers to solve.

Hubble Telescope Discovers More Moons and Rings Around Uranus

December 23, 2005   Baltimore, Maryland - Hubble researchers report: "These composite images from several observations by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope reveal a pair of newly discovered rings encircling the planet Uranus. The left composite image is made from Hubble images taken in 2003. The new dusty rings are extremely faint and required long exposures to capture their image. The background speckle pattern is noise in the image. The outermost ring (R/2003 U 1) is likely replenished by dust blasted off a newly discovered satellite called Mab, embedded in the ring and visible as a bright streak at the top of the outer ring. The new outermost ring is twice the radius of the previously known ring system around Uranus, as seen near image center. (The inner rings are much brighter, so no noise is visible in the background). Approximately halfway between the outermost ring and inner ring system is a second newly discovered ring (R/2003 U2). Only a faint segment of it appears at the 12:00 o'clock position. Because of the long exposures, the moons are smeared out and appear as arcs within the ring system.
