U.K. Sunday Express, September 23, 2018, after September 20th headlines from police closing down their “Croydon Cat Killer” investigation of bloodless, surgical cat and other small animal mutilations since 2015, blaming the phenomenon on foxes and road kill by cars. Mysterious bloodless mutilations of cats, other small animals and large animals such as cattle and horses have been reported around the world in both hemispheres since at least the 1960s. Croydon is a borough in South London 10 miles from central London. Mutilators were first dubbed the “Croydon Cat Killer;” and then the “M25 Cat Killer” ( after the 117 mile motorway ring road encircling Greater London); and finally the “UK Small Animal Killer” as victims started appearing over the whole greater London region. Mysterious bloodless mutilations of cats, other small animals and large animals such as cattle and horses have been reported around the world in both hemispheres since at least the 1960s. Update On Sunspot Solar Observatory — Silent FBI, Odd Child Porn Charges and Angry Sheriff.

“I think it’s chicken sh-- the way the FBI handled it.” – Otero County Sheriff Benny House, Alamogordo, NM

Otero County Sheriff Benny House was asked by the FBI to help evacuate the National Solar Observatory in Sunspot, NM (above right), on September 6, 2018, but the FBI refused to give the Sheriff any information about what the “threat” was and as of September 21, 2018, had still not talked with the sheriff about alleged child porn charges by an observatory janitor who had still not been arrested and charged even after federal Search and Seizure Warrants had been released to Channel 9 TV in El Paso, Texas, on September 19, 2018.

Why U. K. Explanation for Half-Cats and Other Animal Mutilations Makes No Sense

September 20, 2018  Albuquerque, New Mexico - Today on September 20, 2018, BBC News and other U. K. media released “official” police explanation — others would say phony misinformation — for the more than 500 cases of bloodlessly mutilated cats and other animals since 2015 in the Greater London and Croydon, England, region. Here is an example from BBC News:

September 20, 2018 London, England - “Scotland Yard said injuries inflicted on cats were 'likely to be the result of predation or scavenging by wildlife on cats killed in vehicle collisions.'”

September 20th UPDATE – Child Pornography Behind Sunspot Observatory Closure — But Is This Truth? — Otero County Sheriff Criticizes FBI Silence

UPDATE September 20, 2018: Alamogordo's Otero County Sheriff Benny House told El Paso ABC-TV:  “I think it's chicken sh-- the way the FBI handled it.  Is there a bomb threat? Is there an active shooter? Is it chemical? We need to know so we know what kind of man power to send up there, and without knowing, it’s dangerous for everybody. We’ve asked and asked (the FBI) and they will not tell us anything.”

Now on September 20, 2018, comes the shocking revelation that "a federal search warrant reveals that Sunspot Solar Observatory was shut down as FBI agents conducted computer forensic searches for child pornography," reported by KTSM-TV Channel 9, September 20, 2018, El Paso, TX
